Child Development & Pedagogy

Language I & Language II

Comprehension, grammar, and language pedagogy at the upper-primary level, in the candidate's chosen medium and in English.

Mathematics & Science

Algebra, geometry, arithmetic, and science topics (Physics, Chemistry, Biology basics) along with pedagogical approaches for teaching these subjects at upper-primary level.

Social Science (alternate specialisation)

History, Geography, Civics and Economics topics relevant to the upper-primary curriculum, along with social science pedagogy.

Preparation Strategy

Decide your specialisation (Maths & Science or Social Science) early, since that section carries double the weight of the others. Build strong fundamentals in Pedagogy, as it's common to both papers and scores consistently well with focused revision, then practice full-length papers under timed OMR conditions.

Mock Tests

Apex Academy's TET Paper 2 test series covers both the Mathematics & Science and Social Science tracks, with full-length mocks, sectional tests, and performance analytics to help you choose and strengthen your specialisation.
